  • Prepared and delivered Social Media Guidelines, intended to help different local Salomon Community Managers get the best out of their Communities, and make Salomon Running a brand worth following
  • Defined a new Social approach (key values, tone of voice, key voices, behavior with the community, UGC management, topics, imagery, global/local process, social platforms) which is more in-line with the new products and vision
  • Prepared customizable, localizable, content
