  • Initiated Social Media presence for Nescafé France
  • Defined the Social voice, key values, conversation topics, risk management guidelines, iconography guidelines. Got this strategy approved by dozens of stakeholders.
  • Applied this strategy during campaign launch
  • Created and published content, animated the Community during the first 6 month
