Social Media Consultant

Work done on the Corporate level:

  • Prepared and delivered Social Media Guidelines, intended to help the Community Management team at the bureau get the best out of their Social Media strategy
  • Defined a new Social approach: key values, tone of voice, behavior with the Community, brand utility, topics, imagery, social platforms

 

That was one thing. I also worked with Harley-Davidson on the local level:

  • Browsed each the 52 french dealerships' social presence
  • Highlighted best practices, and warned about worst cases
  • Recommended long-term optimization to be implemented within the dealerships

 

I worked closely with teams at the bureau and at Harley-Davidson
