  • Prepared and delivered 2015 Social Media Guidelines for Fiat and Alfa Romeo
  • Fed the teams at One with my vision of Community-centric Social Media
  • Defined a new Social approach: key values, tone of voice, social behavior, respecting the Community, topics, imagery
  • Created and published content, animated the Community during the first 2 month, for Fiat, Alfa Romeo and Abarth, on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram

I worked closely with teams at One (Lowe Strateus group). I wasn't directly in touch with teams at FCA.

 

My favorite way of rewarding the Community: the Human Touch! Here's the way: 1. Build a real human relationship in a comment thread. Get more involved with users whose speech seem closer to your key values. 2. Focus the conversations on the brand's key values. Use your semantic field - again, your key values. 3. Repeat this for 6 month, and you'll have a committed community that's relevant to your key values. Trust me, I've been there before.
